Physical weakness persists even after recovery from coronavirus.  It is normal to have such weakness for a week or two.  It occurs in any illness, especially after being infected with a viral disease.  But after recovering from corona, many suffer from fatigue and weakness for months, even years.


 Corona - What is the next fatigue syndrome?  In a word, extreme physical weakness.  In this case, even if you move a little or stand for a while, you feel tired.  With this there is pain in different parts of the body.  Someone goes to sleep, distracted.  Someone's body, hands and feet burn and tingle.  Depression and exhaustion are suppressed.  Someone feels discomfort in the stomach.  A little physical and mental exertion increases the symptoms.



Medical scientists do not yet know the exact answer to why this happens.  During a germ attack, the human body fights against that germ.  This is thought to be due to the body's overreaction in the fight.


The way to heal yourself


 ■ Full rest: Physical and mental rest is very important when recovering from corona.  You can't join work just because you are negative.  Stay away from TV, phone, social media as much as possible.  Meditate, listen to music, read books if necessary to keep the body and mind calm.


 Adequate sleep: Adequate sleep is very important.  The bedroom should be dark and comfortable.  Routinely sleep at the right time.


 ■ Adequate nutritious food and drink: Adequate nutritious food should be eaten.  Include meat, sugar as well as fresh fruits and vegetables in the diet.  Drink 2-3 liters of water every day.


Staying active: Try to keep yourself moving slowly.  Get out of bed and try to move.  Do leg exercises while lying down.
