Protein and fiber foods should be eaten

 Protein and fiber rich foods will keep your body and mind fresh and strong.  Add eggs, fruits, vegetables, chicken, fish, etc. to your daily diet.  These foods will strengthen your immune system as well as keep your sugar level right.  Will help in digestion of food.  As a result, the body will not want more food from you due to lack of effort or fatigue, you will also be relieved from eating more than you need.



Let there be water instead of soft drink

 Who doesn't love sugary soft drinks?  Thousands of drinks available in the market.  If you have a habit of drinking soft drinks while eating, it should be eliminated.  Take water instead of soft drinks.  One study found that two people of normal age, one taking soft drinks while eating and the other drinking water.  A person who drinks soft drinks is consuming about 6 percent more food than a person who drinks water.  This soft drink with extra sugar can also be harmful to your body in the long run.



Diet must be balanced
