What is self-care
Tough physical illnesses can affect all aspects of your life. Your relationships, activities, religion and your social interactions can all be affected. Severe un healthiness will cause you to depressed, anxious, afraid or angry.

In some cases, physical illness can cause severe depression. Cancer or heart disease can make us feel anxious or depressed. This can disrupt our daily life.
