  Listen to music - Listening to music is very useful to get rid of fatigue. But not sad songs, listen to songs that will give peace of mind, will keep you happy. When you play positive songs, all around you are filled with positive energy. Music can keep the fatigue away by changing the mood.


  Stop talking negative-people who are depressed always see frustration around them. Negative thoughts also emerged in the conversation. Self-doubt, self-deprecating people suffering from depression. At this time people blame themselves when something bad happens, thanking fate when something good happens. People suffering from depression should stay away from negative thoughts and negative speech.

  Sleep well - People fall asleep when they suffer from depression.  It is not always good to fall asleep due to discomfort and stress. But good sleep is very important for physical or mental well-being.


  Exercise - It is necessary to exercise every day to reduce fatigue. Exercise releases endorphins from the body. As a result, our minds are better. In addition to keeping the mind well, the disease is much less because the body is healthy. Leads to confidence. All people should exercise for half an hour to 1 hour every day.


  Keep in touch with people - People often isolate themselves when they suffer from depression. But this time the worst is to be alone. This time there is reluctance to keep in touch with people to get out of the house. Don't spend time alone.  Stay in touch with friends, spend time.  Enjoy life.
