Food for hair care
How many people do nothing in hair care! For this, many people are not stingy in going to the parlor and pouring a lot of money. In this case, playing some food regularly is very useful. The hair becomes brighter, the roots are stronger. This stops hair loss.
Spinach:
Among the vegetables, spinach is rich in Vitamin A, Iron, Beta Carotene, Folate and Vitamin C. These work to keep the scalp and hair healthy. They keep the hair moisturized and do not break easily.
Guava:
Guava is rich in vitamin C. This prevents hair breakage. One cup of guava juice contains 36 mg of vitamin C. It is four times more than the amount of vitamin C that the human body needs every day.
Beef:
Beef is high in iron. Beef liver in particular has a high content of it. It works to prevent hair loss. Iron is also found in lentils and soybeans.
Chicken:
When the amount of protein in the body is low, hair growth stops. Then slowly the hair begins to fall out. Meat is an easy source of meat. Especially chicken meat has more meat. So eating chicken in moderation helps to keep the hair healthy.
Sweet Potatoes:
Problems occur even if the hair is too dry. This reduces the shine of the hair. Antioxidant beta carotene is needed to prevent this. The human body converts this beta carotene into vitamin A. It secretes a liquid called sebum into the scalp, which prevents hair from drying out. Sweet potatoes are high in beta carotene. Carrots, sweet pumpkins and mangoes also contain beta carotene.
Eggs:
Meat and iron are needed for hair growth. The lack of these two can be filled by eating eggs. Eggs contain high amounts of biotin. Biotin is basically vitamin B. Biotin enhances hair shine. If it is not in the required amount in the body, hair loss may increase.
Cinnamon:
Drinking tea or coffee? Sprinkle a little cinnamon powder. Or you can use cinnamon powder in any food. It helps in the blood flow of the body. It provides oxygen and nutrients to the hair follicles.
