For those who do desk jobs, this exercise can be done sitting in a chair.  He also said that knees cannot be kept in the same position for 30 minutes or 1 hour.  Sometimes you have to move a little or stand.  He said to pay special attention to breathing during exercise.  Because, if oxygen is not supplied to every cell of the body properly, the pain will not decrease and the body will be damaged.  Therefore, those who have already done any type of exercise, their counselors are advised to know better about breathing.


Knee pain is more likely to occur in women than in men.  Dr.  Parvez Ahsan said that after menopause, post menopausal osteoporosis occurs.  This is because at this time their body is deficient in calcium and bone loss occurs.  This is followed by osteoarthritis.  On the other hand, the role of lifestyle in pain is a lot.  As a result of movement, a kind of fluid is formed in the joint.  This keeps the joint health good.  In this case, those who are sitting, whether they are women or men, will suffer joint damage and knee pain will be earlier.  And men and women in their sixties have a lot of pain.

Eating habits should be taken into consideration to prevent knee pain.  Dr.  Parvez Ahsan said, "Our country's food list is high in carbohydrates and there is no balance in vitamins.  So the amount of carbohydrates should be reduced to prevent pain.  The amount of all kinds of vitamins in the diet should be kept right.  And you need to reduce your intake of sugary foods. '  And junk food, carbonated beverages should be avoided.
