One of the most common problems we face in our daily lives is hand pain.  Any injury, big or small, can cause different types of pain in different parts of the hand.  Again many times there can be pain without injury.

The Prothom-alo on the symptoms, causes and remedies of hand and wrist pain is organized by SKF dedicated special health program 'Ezoral Maps Health Conversation'.  The last episode of the show discussed hand pain.  Dr.  Dr. Nadia Nitul was the guest in the performance.  Md.  Nahiduzzaman Sajjad, a specialist in medicine and rheumatism.

Many times the wrist gets sprained, the wrist gets strained and the wrist bone is broken.  Fractures often occur when the mass falls on the hand.  In this case the lower part of the radius is broken.  The wrist is swollen.  Again, if the player puts pressure on the same part of the hand, it can cause pain.  Those who do regular housework, such as cleaning dishes, sweeping the house, etc.

These activities put regular pressure on the wrist in the same place, which can also cause pain in the hand.  Arthritis also occurs in the wrists and these diseases are long-term diseases.  It is important to treat them properly.  Again, many times we do not give much importance to small injuries.  But due to negligence, this temporary pain can turn into long-term pain.  Different types of work and injuries can cause inflammation or fractures in the tissues around the wrist joints.  Especially if you work the wrist for hours without a break.

Repeated pressure in the same place can cause wrist pain.  This is called de queer vein's disease.  In this case, there is inflammation in the lining of the two tendons on the outside of the wrist, that is, on the radius.  There are other special causes of pain in girls.  Such as carpal tunnel syndrome.

In this case, it is important to remember that the first thing to do when you are in pain is to keep the affected hand at rest.  Again, if the pain is due to a specific disease, then the disease must be treated appropriately.  Proper painkillers should be taken on the advice of a doctor.  Again, if the hand is tense or sprained and the ligament is damaged, sprints can be used to protect it.  Wristbands can be used to protect the affected area from movement.  A common misconception among the people of our country is that they take medicines for any kind of pain without consulting a doctor.  One thing to keep in mind in this case, all types of hand pain but medication is not required.  If you get a slight injury, you can apply ice on the injury site yourself.
