Life has become unbearable in the scorching heat. Excess water is excreted from the body at this time.  Dehydration occurs. Homemade saline will also help meet water needs.


 Vegetables: Cauliflower, cabbage, carrot, gourd, papaya and spinach have more than 90 percent water content. Put these foods on the diet to eliminate dehydration.


 Soup: You can cook and eat soup with different types of vegetables and chicken. Both vegetables and chicken are easy to digest. They also eliminate dehydration due to their high water content (about 92 percent).



Watermelon: Watermelon is a delicious and popular fruit of this time, of which about 92 percent is water. The role of watermelon is immense in eliminating dehydration in hot weather. Watermelon can be eaten as a fruit or juice or smoothie, either way. This eliminates dehydration very easily.


 Bananas: Bananas are rich in vitamins and minerals. There is no substitute for banana to overcome dehydration and weakness. Just as eating bananas for breakfast or before exercise provides energy, so does the body's need for water.


 Cucumber: Cucumber is about 98 percent water. So keep cucumber as a salad every summer. You can also put lettuce with cucumber in the salad. Lettuce also contains 98 percent water. You can also eat cucumber juice. Cucumber can also be added for breakfast as a snack. It easily brings fresh feeling to the body and mind.


 Tomatoes: Tomatoes are about 94 percent water. Tomatoes can be eaten in various ways including salads, soups, juices. Tomato curry is also helpful in meeting the demand for water. Regular consumption of tomatoes satisfies the body's need for water as well as essential vitamins and minerals.


 Yogurt: Yogurt is a probiotic-rich food. It contains protein and calcium as well as 6 percent water, which eliminates dehydration in this heat as well as keeps the stomach cool and also helps in digestion.

  Eat easily digestible food without eating fried food.
