5 foods to avoid if you have acne



Acne can be a frustrating and embarrassing problem. This acne destroys the radiance and beauty of the skin. How many of us do nothing to get rid of acne on the face. However, the most important thing in the case of acne is eating habits. Although not all foods show identical reaction in everyone's body. Even so, owning one remains on the far side the reach of the typical person


 So here are five foods to stay away from if you have acne:


 Bread: Many people have the habit of having breakfast with bread or bread every morning. However, one of the reasons for acne is this bread in the diet. Gluten may be a sort of supermolecule found in wheat, barley, rye, and oatmeal. And this gluten causes acne.


 Potato chips: Potato chips are a favorite of many of us for instant breakfast. However, these potato chips increase facial acne.  It contains excess amounts of sugars, which act faster than insulin in the body. Increases acne pain.


 Chocolate: Recent research has found a link between chocolate and acne. Chocolate is more or less preferred by many. It contains a lot of sugar, which increases the level of facial acne. So it is better to stay away from chocolate.


 Milk: Balanced food for the body.  So Rose is asked to keep a glass of milk on the diet. However, dairy foods work in contrast to insulin.  And which leads to acne problems.  Even then, doctors advised not to exclude milk from the food list.


 Soda: There is nothing really nutritious about soda. It is not good for the skin. It has high levels of fructose. And fructose is basically sugar, which increases the tendency of acne in the face.
