Night skin care routine at home


 1. Remove makeup

Makeup


       Makeup should be worn before going to bed at night. Even if you feel lazy, sleeping with makeup will not be okay. Because it is easy to apply makeup on the skin during sleep. Chemical elements are damaged. As a result, the skin becomes dull and the tendency to acne increases.


         2. Use two pillows


         Practice sleeping on a high pillow. Even if you don't have a high pillow, sleep with at least two pillows on your head. There is no swelling under the eyes and face after waking up after sleeping on a high pillow.


         3. Apply a cleansing mask


         A good quality mask should be applied on the skin before sleeping. Any to reduce facial scars or increase brightness. You can use herbal mask before going to bed. You can also use aloe vera juice as a mask. If you apply aloe vera juice on your face and leave it overnight, you will get good results.


         4) Use hand cream


         Repeated use of soap throughout the day and dust and dirt make our hands rough and our nails become unhealthy. So use hand cream before going to bed at night. When you wake up in the morning, your hands and nails will be beautiful.


        5.  Use a pillow cover made of silk



         The cotton pillow cover is quite rough which is harmful for hair fungus. This will keep the hair healthy.


         6.  Sleep with your hair tied


         When we sleep at night, our hair oil, dirt and various germs can create acne on the skin. If you want to avoid skin acne attacks, go to bed with long or tied hair. It will take care of the hair and make your skin look beautiful.


         7.  Use an exfoliator


         Environmental pollution and the effects of the sun's ultraviolet rays damage our skin every day. And so exfoliators are needed for the skin.


         Before going to bed, the skin should be massaged and washed daily with a good quality exfoliator.


         8.  8 hours of sleep


         I want moderate sleep for beautiful skin. Healthy skin requires at least 8 hours of deep sleep per day. So for beautiful skin and hair you need at least 8 hours of sleep every night.


         9. Use eye cream


         Regardless of age, it is important to use eye cream for skin care under the eyes. Otherwise your eyes will look very tired.
