Excess salty foods weaken the bones. Salts without table salt and mixed with fast food, raw foods, salads and chips can cause severe bone damage. So salt intake should be reduced. 

Eating too much salt is bound to weaken the bones. So make it a habit to eat as little salt as possible. Enough with the salt added to the curry. 


It is important to clean the tongue with the teeth every time. Germs nest in clean tongues. This can cause germs to attack your face. Even the teeth are gradually damaged. 



Rinse with lukewarm water every day to prevent bad breath or halotosis. After eating, rinse, brush your teeth and clean your tongue well.


Bone density is determined at 20 years of age or slightly older. So you have to take care of the bones at a young age. Also regular exercise should be done from adolescence. 



Prolonged brushing can cause tooth enamel to gradually erode and damage the tooth. So you need to gently clean your teeth with a soft brush for a maximum of 3 to 5 minutes.
