Ways to get rid of long covid.

COVID 19

If 12 weeks have passed since the coronavirus infection, but there are still symptoms of the disease for which no other explanation is available, then it should be assumed that there is a 'long covid'.  In some cases, the effects of the storm on the body's immune system last for many days.  This effect is called long covid.

Many of the patients who have been treated in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or in need of emergency oxygen may develop pulmonary fibrosis later in life.  These patients may suffer from shortness of breath or frequent coughing problems for three months or more.  About 6 percent of covid patients may develop cardiovascular complications later in life.  Many people may have myocarditis due to chest pain, palpitations or inflammatory heart problems.  The risk of blood clots due to corona increases the risk of heart attack several times.

People who have been suffering from kidney complications for a long time and have to undergo regular dialysis are at greater risk even after recovering from corona.  If a patient with corona has more complications, his risk of jaundice and liver failure increases after he gets rid of corona.  Many can suffer from pancreatic complications.  Due to this the patient has severe pain in the abdomen.  Coronary-postoperative acidity, thin stools or frequent bowel movements, indigestion, etc. may occur.

After recovering from corona, many people do not want to do anything, do not feel good, feel short of breath.  Problems such as impatience, depression, irritable mood, rough behavior, inattention, agitation, palpitations can occur.  Sleep can have temporary or long-term effects.  Many people suffer from post traumatic stress disorder or PTSD.  Many people lose their hair at an unusual rate.  In addition, the eyes can be affected by various inflammatory problems.

To get rid of long covidy, lead an orderly lifestyle, get moderate sleep, stay in the sun regularly to get vitamin D every day, spend quality time with family, exercise your lungs as advised by your doctor, take coronary injections, monitor oxygen levels and follow prescribed medications, antioxidants.  Eat rich foods such as colorful vegetables, fruits rich in vitamin C, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acid-rich foods and yogurt.  Try to stay stress free.
