 Everyone should drink plenty of water from Iftar to Sahri so that there is no dehydration during this time of Ramadan.  Drink at least eight glasses of water.  You should also eat lots of fresh fruits.  You must eat vegetables in Iftar and Sahri.  It is better not to eat more oily and spicy, fried and dry food at this time.  This makes the body more dehydrated.


 It is better not to use extra soap and cleanser during this time.  Also refrain from drinking excess tea-coffee or soda.  Do not go out in the sun for no reason.  Keep with umbrella or sunglasses when going out.


 When the lips are dry, you can apply moisturizer.  Apply moisturizer on the skin too.


 Healthy food for the skin


 Put one or two dates in Iftar.  It is rich in antioxidants, Vitamin A, Iron, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium.  Also eat watery fruits like watermelon, melon, cucumber, strawberry, blackberry etc.  Peanuts and almonds contain healthy fiber and fatty acids, which are good for the skin.



Some healthy habits


 Try to get enough sleep. Try to get 8 to 8 hours of sleep a night. 10pm to 3am;  I eat sahri again and sleep from 4 am to 7-8 am. A good night's sleep is better than a day's sleep.


 There are also some skin benefits to fasting and maintaining healthy habits during fasting. At this time toxins or toxins are released from the skin, the severity of allergies and eczema decreases, the severity of acne also decreases.


 However, in hot weather, the skin is more oily and sweaty. So wear thin light colored cotton cloth at this time. It is better not to do too much makeup on the skin. Keep the skin clean. You can use sunscreen when out in the hot sun. Take a bath twice a day if needed.
