Emergency tips for the skin


Let's start with Patricia Faris, a dermatologist in Louisiana. ‘We must not forget that the skin is the living organ, the body. Just like other parts of the body need nutrition to stay healthy, skin also needs nutrition. I want to nurture from within the body - by eating healthy food and water.


     This requires moisturizing skin care products. The depletion of natural lipids in the skin lasts throughout the day.


     The skin is the largest organ in the body. This skin is about 1.6 square meters wide, many people around the world use skin cosmetics for external care.  However, using two or more cosmetics per day is unnecessary and often harmful.


     This body lotion is applied to skin, body lotions, lotions, creams, toners, scrubs and cleansers. The epidermis or epidermis is the outer layer of three layers of skin.


     The effects of the environment are even greater on the underside of ultraviolet rays, causing the skin to fade and deteriorate. The skin becomes aged, pale, wrinkled and dry.

     

For the skin, I want some general care at low cost, the skin will be healthy and radiant.


     Cleanliness


     The most basic ingredient in skin care is cleansing. It removes dirt from the skin, cleans contaminants and removes oil from pores.

     Not all cleansers are the same.  The face cleanser should be soap-free, the soap we use elsewhere on the body is not smooth for the skin. I would like a creamy cleanser for dry skin. Dry or sensitive skin should be alcohol free, creamy or not. Acidic cleanser alpha-hydroxy products will be good for oily skin. The right cleanser should be massaged into the face for at least 20 seconds.


     Water


     The human body is 55 to 65 percent full of water. By removing contaminants and toxins from the body, water helps the body's cells absorb nutrients. It helps in smooth digestion.


     So we should drink plenty of water every day. If cell function is normal. Just as dehydration occurs in the body, so does dehydration.  Water helps to remove dirt from the skin and if these are not removed, acne will appear on the skin. If the skin is smooth, its appearance is soft, pelvic and smooth. You should drink two liters of water every day to keep your skin hydrated.
