1. Don't skip breakfast:

   If you want to lose weight, one thing you can do is have breakfast on time. Not eating breakfast can make you gain weight. Examples of healthy breakfasts could be: fruit, corn flakes, toast, eggs and milk.


   2. Brush your teeth properly:

   Many people do not know how to brush properly. It can cause damage to teeth and gums. Hold the toothbrush like a pencil holder and brush for at least 2 minutes.  Teeth, gums, tongue all need to be brushed. Go to the dentist regularly.


   3. Cat imitation:

   Do some stretching after waking up in the morning. It will speed up blood circulation, digestive system will start working and back pain will be reduced.



   4.  Concentrate on your religion:

   Onion, garlic contains all the ingredients that are very beneficial for the body. They lower blood pressure and cholesterol and eliminate the possibility of many diseases. According to research from the Institute of Child Health in Cape Town, raw garlic plays a role in preventing childhood infections.  The heat again destroys their qualities. So it is better to eat raw.


  6 .  Bone care daily:

   You can get the calcium you need every day from milk or yogurt. This will strengthen your bones. After the age of 30, your bone density starts to decrease. Even if it is very low, at least 200 mg per day.  Calcium is needed.


   7.  Eating moderate spicy foods:

   Eating salty, spicy foods releases endorphin hormones. This hormone relieves pain and makes you feel better after exercise. However, extra spicy foods should be kept in moderation.


  8 .  Tomatoes prevent cancer:

   Tomatoes contain lysopene which helps prevent cancer. It also contains a lot of vitamin C and not only raw tomatoes, but also cooked tomatoes are very nutritious.
