How to get rid of tiredness instantly


The body relaxes


   If your body is very tired at the end of the day, the following exercises can relieve your fatigue, but give it a try.



   10. Sitting on the ball

   


   * Sit on the ball with your hips and knees bent until 90 and sleep feet on the floor

   * Gently raise the arm above the head and above the lower arm, rotating to the right and left.

   * Slowly rise and ankle semicircle, alternating right and left.

   * Gently lift one ankle and raise the opposite hand above the head.  Opposite arm and ankle.

   * Marching: Periodically move one foot 2 inches from the floor to the right and left.


   11. Permanent

   

   * Stay with the ball on your lower back and on the wall.

   * Gently bend the knee 45 90 to 90 nd and hold for 5 seconds.  Straighten the knees.


   * Slowly bend the knees from 45 90 to 90 while lifting both hands above the head.


   12. The ball falls

  


   * Slowly raise the head to the alternate arm.

   * Slowly raise the alternate legs 2 to 4 inches from the floor.

   * Combine 1 and 2, alternately combine arms and legs.

   * Bend one knee.  Gradually improve these legs, alternating the right and left legs.
