Try to eat eggs a day - "Does eating eggs make your eyes feel better?" - Surprisingly, this is true. Eggs are very beneficial for the eyes. Eggs contain the antioxidants lutein and xanthine which protect the eyes from various eye problems.
Make it a habit to eat lots of vegetables and fruits - vegetables and fruits are very good for the eyes and this has been proven in research. And so I eat more vegetables than rice in my diet. You can practice it. Especially fresh vegetables and fruits can bring back the light lost in your eyes. As a result, vegetables contain Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Beta Carotene, Fatty Acids, Zinc, Lutein, Xanthine etc.
Don't be innocent - it's best not to look at the computer for too long. After a while, look at something at least 15-20 meters away, if necessary you can keep your eyes closed for a while. It will benefit at least a little from the endless torture of the eyes. And to get good eyesight you must make sure you get enough sleep.
Be careful when reading eye lenses - If you have a habit of reading eye lenses, you need to be very careful. A little carelessness can damage your eyes. Try not to leave the lens too long. The lens solution should be changed every three months. Many continue to use the solution for several months which is harmful to the eyes. Leave it three months after opening the mouth of the solution.
