 So something that is needed as a snack in the afternoon or evening, which will satisfy hunger and keep good health.  Even if you calculate the calories for the whole day, if you take more than 1000 - 1500 calories for breakfast in the morning, evening and before going to bed, there is a risk of weight gain.

Salad: Lightly boiled beets or carrots are mixed with sour yogurt, chaat masala, salt and pepper.  And if you give a little hing, cumin, mustard, curry leaves in the curd, then there is no point!  Egg salad can be made by mixing boiled egg, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, salt-pepper-lemon juice.  Fried peanuts or boiled lentils are also good to eat.  Fruit salad can also be made with fresh fruit crumbs and chatamsala.



Fruit: Finely chop the apple or cucumber.  Mix peanut butter and yogurt with it.  You can also eat whole fruits.


 Almond mixture: Fry walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds and flax seeds in a dry pan. Cool add dried cranberries, black grapes and raisins.  If you get hungry in the afternoon, playing a handful will fill your stomach.



Boiled Maize / Chhola Makha: You can mix boiled maize or chhola with a little salt-pepper-raw chilli-coriander-lemon juice.


 Boiled chicken / eggs: Boil a little chicken and saute it in a little olive oil with a little garlic and chili flakes.  If you play in the evening, your stomach will be full for a long time.


 Warning: No matter what you eat in the afternoon or at night, it should not contain excess salt.
