 Numerous people feel cold. In downtime, it becomes absolutely awkward. Especially the senior in the family and the cases suffering from pain suffer a lot during the downtime. This can be indeed if you're a low weight person. If BMI ( Body Mass Index) is18.5 or lower, downtime may be felt more. Because, if the quantum of fat in the body is less, the heat is felt less. 


 Still, it always feels cold, If there's a insufficiency of thyroid hormone. In addition, cases with hypothyroidism may witness fresh dry skin problems in downtime. 

 

 Iron insufficiency in the body increases the feeling of dispassionateness. This is because the mineral helps the red blood cells carry oxygen throughout the body.

 Don't stay barefoot. Also wear slippers or warm sandals when walking home. Some cover slippers are available for downtime wear. 

 

 Wear woolen socks on your bases. Cotton socks are good for summer. Because, it helps in ventilation. But hair socks are more comfortable in cold rainfall. 


 Still, sit on a tool or bend with your bases high and cover your bases with a warm cloth without hanging your legs, If you want to sit for a long time. 

 

 Still, go to bed after wearing thin socks, If you feel your bases indurating at night. 


 Take occasional walks. Stay active. This will increase the blood rotation in the legs. 

 

 Dip your bases in lukewarm water and dry them snappily with a kerchief. Also apply a good moisturizer. 


 You can use hot water bag to stay warm in downtime. But keep in mind that the redundant hot bag doesn't burn the bases. Especially diabetics will be more careful. Because, their bases feel less. 

 

 Eat nutritional food. Hot haze, gusto tea, green teaetc. will help to stay warm.
