 If you follow some simple tips, you will not have to go through a difficult path like physical exercise.  If you want, you can lose weight in addition to fasting, strict diet and exercise.

 


 1.  Chew food.  Eat only if you chew the food well.  It is easily digested.  It also gives the body time to register the food it has eaten before.  Weight gain without chewing.

 4.  Drink water 15 minutes before eating.  The stomach is a little full.  Water will help digest food.  Excess fat will also be digested.  Do not let it touch the body.


 5.  Do not keep on an empty stomach.  After being on an empty stomach, you will suddenly become bloated after playing a lot.


 6.  Don't worry unnecessarily.  Because, it affects the eating.  Which can lead to weight gain.  


 .  Hormonal problems occur when you do not sleep.  So of course give yourself time to sleep.


 .  Stay away from junk food.


 9.  If you are hungry, then eat lentils with lemons and chillies, in fact, eat protein foods.  It will also satisfy hunger, change the taste in the mouth, but there will be no tendency to get fat.
