When endoscopy reveals a lesion on the tip of the stomach or small intestine, it is called peptic ulcer.  It has specific treatment.  Again, there may be gastritis (inflammation) from no wounds or ulcers.  Helicobacter pylori infection is often caused by inflammation or sores.  It also has treatment.  Outside of that a large number of patients have no wounds or inflammation.  What happens to them is non-ulcer dyspepsia.  This means that the digestive juices come up and cause discomfort.

Without proper treatment of gastric, many people take antacid syrup, omiprazol and domperidone for months.  There is no need for most of these medicines to solve gastric problems.  You can stay healthy only if you follow the rules of eating and living.  Those who are older should go to the doctor and diagnose the disease and take action.

There are also some side effects of taking gastric medicine in the long run.  It can cause some infections like typhoid.  In addition, anemia and osteoporosis can be a disease.  Kidney patients can have serious problems with antacids.  Taking these drugs in the long run can change the pH of the stomach, and even lead to stomach cancer.

What to do

No medication should be taken without the advice of a registered physician.  If the doctor prescribes it for a month or two, it cannot be eaten throughout the year.

If the stomach problem is long, then you have to go to the doctor and take the treatment after diagnosing the correct disease.  The proper rules of food and living must be followed.  Such as eating at the right time, avoiding outside food as much as possible, avoiding extra oily and spicy foods, not eating stale food, eating in moderation, not smoking and drinking and not staying up late at night.skin
