Adequate balanced diet at the beginning of the day will bring extra work capacity to the body.  Adequate nutritious breakfast in the morning will provide extra energy to the body on the one hand, and will also keep the brain functioning properly for a long time.


The workload at work is sometimes high and sometimes low.  But you have to stay in the office for eight hours or more.  During this long period of time, the body sometimes gets tired.  There are also many professions who have to work or work overtime.  Those who are in the profession or have to work overtime should walk in the office corridor or veranda for 5-10 minutes every hour.  It has good blood circulation.  Boredom is eliminated.


There are many who have to look at the computer screen for a long time.  They need to make sure that the height of the computer is equal to the height of the eye.  If you type more time, you can keep your elbows on the sides of the chair.

Keep your work desk clean and green.  Thus, long-term work can poison the mind.  If your desk on it is random, then more instability will work.  Tidy up the office desk to get rid of this instability and keep your mind fresh.  The desk may have various ornamental indoor plants.

 You can take a day off from office for yourself.  Give yourself time to separate.  And if you don't want that, you can also accompany your friends on holiday.  Come back from the middle of nature.  This will eliminate fatigue as well as find new energy at work.
