Caffeine wakes you up in the morning after drinking milk tea or coffee on an empty stomach.  Apart from that, milk sugar instantly provides a lot of calories and energy.  But on an empty stomach this tea increases potassium levels;  Which is especially harmful for kidney patients.  Dehydration increases tea on an empty stomach.  Even healthy people should give up tea on an empty stomach.  Because, it creates anorexia and also causes digestive problems.  Maybe gastric.  And those who suffer from insomnia should get rid of this habit on an urgent basis.



Tamanna Chowdhury, chief nutritionist at Evercare Hospital Dhaka, said, ‘We call them irritating foods.  Those who have a long-standing habit are different.  They may feel better after drinking tea or coffee on an empty stomach in the morning, the bathroom is better.  But if others start seeing them, it may be the opposite for them.  Digestive problems, constipation or not being able to eat breakfast properly can be a problem. '



What do you eat without getting up in the morning to drink tea or coffee?  The nutritionist also said that the solution.  "Scientifically, you can't eat tea or coffee after not eating for a long time," he said.  It is best to wake up in the morning and drink a glass of fresh water.  This eliminates dehydration throughout the night.  Water detoxifies the body best.  Tea or coffee can be had after a light snack or with a snack in the afternoon.  It is better to drink red tea or black coffee without milk and sugar. '


 Nutritionists say tea or coffee is definitely not an unhealthy drink.  But eating on an empty stomach is not healthy at all.  When it is eaten, how it is eaten, is important.


Feroz Amin, an assistant professor at Bardem Hospital, said the habit of drinking bed tea is not very good.  If one becomes accustomed to it, it is difficult to get rid of it.  So you have to drink liqueur tea without sugar and milk thinking about health.  Green tea is best.  Because, it has a lot of anti-oxidants.  The habit of drinking coffee on an empty stomach is also very bad for health.  It is best if everyone stays away from this bed.


Not only bed tea or bed coffee, you should not drink a glass of water without waking up and brushing.  Food particles accumulate in the mouth throughout the night.  They cause bad odors and germs.  When you wake up and drink tea or coffee, they go to the stomach with that drink.  This opens the door to suffer from stomach upset or more stomach complications.
