Hair loss

 After recovering from corona, the problem of hair loss has become very normal.  About 30 percent of patients suffer from this problem.  Because, if there is no corona or any other serious disease, people are surrounded by grief.  And its effect falls more on the hair.  It is scientifically called telogen effluvium, meaning that the hair on the head falls out easily.  Lots of hair falls out especially while bathing.  This problem occurs 2-3 months after recovering from covid.  And hair loss continues for 8-9 months.


However, the good news is that hair begins to grow again on its own.  In my opinion, oil should not be applied to the hair at this time.  Because, then the hair roots that are weak, they can fall out.  This time supplements and hair serums are very effective.  It helps in hair growth.  Some foods need to be added to the diet to get rid of hair loss problems.  However, a balanced diet is most needed at this time.  Protein levels need to be high in the diet.  In addition, carbohydrates, fats, nuts, fresh fruits — all types of food must be in the diet.



Dark spots

 After the release of the corona, the problem of dark spots on the skin has now become common.  But it goes away on its own.  It takes several months to get rid of it completely.  There is also a way to get rid of dark spots quickly.  It is best to use a moisturizer and a light depigmentation cream to quickly remove dark spots on the skin.  And in the case of food, some change has to be made.  During this time you should eat more high anti-oxidant foods.
