Many people have a habit of eating different types of food together.  Many times we unknowingly eat a variety of foods that should not be eaten together.  According to Ayurveda, there are some foods that you should not forget to eat together.


 Do not eat with milk: Do not drink milk after eating biuli pulses.  Again, do not drink milk after eating green vegetables and roots.  Avoid milk after eating eggs, cheese, meat.  Playing with these can cause indigestion.


 Do not eat with yogurt: You should not eat sour fruit with yogurt.  Yogurt and fruit contain different enzymes.  As a result of playing together, it cannot be digested.  Again the yogurt is cold.  So it should not be eaten with any kind of hot thing.  For example, you don't have to eat yogurt on the same leaf with fish.


Do not eat with honey: Honey should never be eaten hot.  If the fever continues to rise again, do not eat honey at that time.  This leads to bile in the body.  Again, do not eat butter, ghee and honey.  Even drinking honey and ghee in water can be harmful.


 In addition, ghee, oil, watermelon, guava, cucumber, blackberries, nuts to drink cold water.  Cucumbers do not have to eat chatu, wine, sour and jackfruit again.  On the other hand, rice and vinegar should not be eaten together.
