Who does not dream of strong, shiny and healthy hair?  But unfortunately, for various reasons, our hair does not get the shape we want.  Stress, unhealthy eating habits and lack of adequate water can lead to various hair problems.  There is a very simple solution to this problem.  That is, using good oils for hair care.


 Castor Oil:


 Castor oil is rich in omega-6 fatty acids, vitamin E which makes hair strong and shiny.  It also helps new hair to grow.  On the other hand, it contains vitamin B which is important for hair growth.


 Coconut oil:


 There is no pair of coconut oil in hair care.  Coconut oil is rich in vitamin E and one of the most powerful oils in the world for hair.  The hair can absorb this oil well.  As a result, the effectiveness of this oil.


 Olive oil:


 Olive oil has a good reputation as the best natural oil for damaged hair.  After shampooing, rub a few drops of olive oil on the palms of the hands.  Then use hair conditioner.  Massage lightly olive oil on hair at least once a week.  In this way, apply oil on the hair for two-three hours and shampoo it.  This will make the hair bright and beautiful.


 Sunflower oil:


 This oil is very useful for oily hair.  This oil is very light so when you massage your hair, it is not oily.  Take care to apply different oils to the hair two to three times a week.  However, never apply oil on your hair and sleep for a long time.  This will soften the hair follicles and make the hair fall out more.


 Avocado Oil:


 Avocado oil is not as readily available as other oils.  But this oil is rich in vitamins ‘A’ and ‘B’-.  Avocado oil contains moisturizing, which solves brittle hair and is quite beneficial for damaged hair.
