Panic attack or heart attack?

Erin suddenly woke up.  He began to have an unbearable but uncomfortable feeling.  With his hand close to his chest, he saw his heart jumping at a high speed.  The whole body including forehead, face, hands got sweaty at that moment.  He began to tremble violently.  It was as if someone had grabbed him by the throat;  Began to have severe shortness of breath.  He kept panting for air.  Suddenly chest pain started.

I started vomiting with a twist in my stomach.  She began to feel intense heat.  The limbs began to become numb.  Dizziness began;  He thought he would fall.  Everything around seemed unreal.  He began to feel that he was no longer inside himself.  He seemed to be losing his balance.  It seems that the heart will stop realizing this.  Fear of death began to engulf him.

This can happen to anyone.  It's basically a panic attack.  Panic attacks are a type of mental problem.  A study in the United States found that one out of every 9 adults suffers from panic attacks each year.

It is more common in adults who are younger. Some of the chemical components of the brain such as serotonin, norepinephrine, gamma amino butyric acid (GABA) etc. are lost in the normal balance and fear related space such as amygdala, hypothalamus, hippocampus, prefrontal cortex etc.  With few exceptions it usually lasts no more than 30 minutes.  It can happen in your sleep or in your waking state.
