Ways to get rid of insomnia


Some causes of insomnia:


 1.  Mental problems can cause sleep deprivation. This includes frustration, anxiety or frustration.


 2.  Some physical problems may also cause sleep deprivation. Such as- pain in any part of the body, discomfort, heart problems. Even if you walk a long way, in many cases you may not be able to sleep. Patients with arthritis and chronic bronchitis also often suffer from insomnia.


 3.  Insomnia can be caused by hand problems such as carpal tunnel syndrome.


 4.  Drugs like fluoxetine, ciprofloxacin, theophylline can cause insomnia.


 5.  Fatal familial insomnia is a new type of rare disease. This can happen due to abnormal genetic material.


 .  Many times psycho-physical dissatisfaction can be responsible for not being able to sleep at the same time.


 .  In many cases, insomnia can occur without any reason.



Advice


 1.  Practice sleeping at the same time every day. Get up at the same time every day, including holidays.


 2.  Use the bedroom only for sleeping. There should be no extra noise or light.


 3.  A light hot water bath before going to bed, reading a book, soft songs, worship or yoga can help. Do not look at the clock repeatedly.


 4.  Do not try to force sleep. If you cannot sleep among twenty minutes, stand up and skim. Go to another room, read something light until you fall asleep.


 5.  Do not rest for more than 30 minutes at noon, get it before three o'clock.


 .  Avoid heavy work, exercise and alcohol, coffee, smoking four to six hours before bedtime.


 .  Eat dinner two hours before bedtime. Then if you are hungry you can eat a glass of milk.
